Trend Micro has unveiled a new protection deployment model that delivers great value to both security and development teams. Trend Micro identifies threats in minutes and delivers security findings with no performance impact and without removing data from the customer environment.

Trend Micro, a $2 billion security powerhouse that has won AWS Marketplace Global Partner of the Year award, posted 150 percent growth on AWS Marketplace with its partners in 2022 and expects to see another 100 percent-plus growth in 2023, said Trend Micro COO Kevin Simzer.

A wide-ranging international operation by law enforcement agencies in 30 countries aiming to prosecute online fraudsters has resulted in nearly a thousand arrests and a net of $130 million in seized virtual assets.

“In refactoring the Trend Micro Cloud One Workload Security product, the vFunction platform and their expertise enabled us to deliver value to our customers and deploy on AWS four times faster than doing it alone,” says Martin Lavigne, R&D lead, Trend Micro.

Trend Micro’s twice-a-year Cyber Risk Index report shows that respondents in the Asia-Pacific are the most likely to say they think they are somewhat or very likely to be successfully attacked at 89%, followed by respondents in North America (86%), Europe (85%) and Latin/South America (82%).
